Join us for a lively in-person training on ROC operations and infrastructure. The training will include creating a clear scope of work, using an annual maintenance plan, creating and working with an operations committee, and understanding Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs). Lunch is provided! 

Though this is a stand alone training, we are also offering an opportunity to develop your co-op’s detailed CIP at a follow up event on May 30.
