The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund has appointed a new board member: Julia Williams.

“We’re honored to have Julia Williams join our board,” said New Hampshire Community Loan Fund President & CEO Steve Saltzman. “Her expertise will help guide our work to turn donations and investments from community members into loans and services for homeowners, small businesses, nonprofits, and communities.”

Julia Williams is an accomplished healthcare leader with deep roots in New Hampshire and a passion for improving community well-being through equitable access to care and opportunity. She currently serves as executive director of strategy and transformation at Mass General Brigham, where she leads systemwide initiatives to increase patient access, improve outcomes, and strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability.

Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Julia held roles in strategy and product development at CVS Health, where she focused on creating patient-centered solutions that expanded access to care.

Julia is actively involved in her community, serving on several New Hampshire nonprofit boards and as a member of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2026. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. Julia lives in Hopkinton with her husband, Brian, and their two young daughters.
