Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Maintain and update investor and donor data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage reports, dashboards, and lists to track donor and investor activity and fundraising progress.
- Input donor and investor information, pledges, gifts, and events into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and adherence to organizational standards.
- Assist with donor and investor communications, such as sending acknowledgments and updates on fundraising campaigns. Use Salesforce to track all donor interactions and manage follow-up tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns by pulling lists, creating reports, and tracking campaign success metrics.
- Manage supporter events, including venue and vendor management, invitations and other marketing collateral, RSVP tracking, and volunteer coordination.
- Coordinate with operations team to process renewals and ensure that Investor Relations materials are accurate and up to date.
- Respond to investor requests for information.
- Schedule investor, donor, and team meetings as requested.
- Participate in weekly Philanthropy team meetings and other department or organizational meetings or planning sessions
- Engage, steward, and respond to inquiries from unassigned investors and donors.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including best practices in philanthropy and fair lending and ethical behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Two to five years of fundraising, donor relations, event planning or equivalent experience; Demonstrated experience with customer relations management strategies and systems. Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills as well as the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with our supporters.
- Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office systems and online communications.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and planning stewardship and cultivation events;
- Outstanding creative writing, proofreading, and copyediting skills;

- Ability to answer telephones and use standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).
- Ability to read, write, and use and understand and speak English clearly.
- Ability to use a computer for Community Loan Fund business.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Employment Details
- Location: Concord, N.H. and hybrid (in office Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Salary: starts at $55,000
