Partner With Us
Our work and results are compounded when we work with organizations that align with our mission and priorities.
Leveraging Community Investment
We partner with a variety of organizations to help us tackle projects both inside and outside our expertise and scope. These include affordable housing developers, energy efficiency contractors, financial institutions, government agencies, nonprofits, municipalities, and business consultants.
New partnership opportunities that further our mission and benefit our borrowers are always welcome. We look for partners across N.H. and New England that are open to exploring innovative ways to help people succeed in their lives, businesses, and communities.

Impactful Partnerships
We are able to leverage the financial resources entrusted to us by donors and investors because of the strong strategic partnerships we have created in New Hampshire and beyond. Community Development works best when we can bring more stakeholders to the table.
- Energy Efficiency Projects
We work with solar developers, government agencies, community groups and other financial institutions to connect ROCs, nonprofits, and local businesses with cost-saving solar and weatherization projects.
- Affordable Housing Development
We partner with N.H. Housing, regional housing nonprofits, developers, and banks on large-scale multi-family housing projects with significant affordable unit components.
- Small Business Development
We partner with the Small Business Development Center, the Center for Women and Enterprise, the Business Association for People of Color, and similar organizations to connect entrepreneurs with grant opportunities and the coaching and funding they need to be successful.
- Community Development Projects
We partner with municipalities to bring economic development projects to life. This includes project ideation, scope of work planning, budgets, timelines, and identifying funding sources.
- Policy & Advocacy
We partner with a variety of legislators, organizations, and government agencies to advance legislation and policies that will benefit families and businesses, especially in the areas of affordable housing, childcare, and small business.
- Infrastructure Projects
We partner with government agencies, funders, ROCs and municipalities on projects that will improve the health and safety of ROC residents through water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure improvements.
