New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Director of Policy & Advocacy Abby Bronson was recently appointed to a group of advisors that will support housing policy work at Saint Anselm College.

“In 2025, Saint Anselm College reaffirmed and expanded its commitment to tackling New Hampshire’s housing crisis with the launch of the Initiative for Housing Policy and Practice,” the college said in a press release.  “This new effort builds on seven years of impactful work — including the development of the New Hampshire Zoning Atlas — originally spearheaded by the Center for Ethics in Society.

To guide its mission of advancing research, education, and community engagement on housing development, affordability, and stability, the Initiative has established a new Advisory Committee. Members of the committee include:

  • Ben Amsden, NH Charitable Foundation
  • Abby Bronson, NH Community Loan Fund
  • Dean Christon, Office of Partnerships Board
  • Rob Dapice, NH Housing
  • Katy Easterly Martey, NH Community Development Finance Authority
  • Natch Greyes, Business & Industry Association of NH
  • Preston Hunter, Eckman Construction
  • Max Latona, Office of Partnerships
  • Heather McCann, NH Housing
  • Michael Padmore, AARP NH
  • Bob Quinn, New Hampshire Realtors
  • Michael Skelton, Business and Industry Association of NH;
  • Nick Taylor, Housing Action NH
  • Robert Tourigny, NeighborWorks Southern NH
